Explore, experience and enjoy the outdoors with your camera. Take a 2 hour nature walk in Denver's Zoological Gardens. Learn the basics of your camera functions and learn how to capture nature through your lens. Capture animals like the cheetah, flamingo, white pelican, dall sheep and many others that are located in photogenic areas of the park.
This workshop starts with a basic explanation of your camera settings functions. As you enjoy the settings of nature around you, your workshop leader will demonstrate and teach proper lighting, composition and review images with the group. By the end of this walk you will feel more comfortable using your camera and refine your photographic skills. This workshop is ideal for beginning photographers and nature lovers. Requirements: Basic point and shoot or Digital SLR camera. Notebook and pen. Non-photographers, birders and nature lovers are all welcome to join this photo walk tour.
LOCATION: Denver City Park and Zoo, Denver, Colorado.
Workshops will begin in May of 2013 on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 to 11:00 am throughout the summer. Requires at least 4 attendees to hold the workshop.
The Workshop fee for this 2 hour shoot is $100.00.
